What?

I was invited to preview the Nike S/S 10 collection, so I traipsed to London.

Where I met Nalden.

Which was most def THE highlight of the previous weeks.

He was wearing his Nalden varsity jacket, I was repping in my KNOTORYUS shirt.

I went : “sooooo nice to meet you. We’re big fans”.

He went : “KNOTORYUS. You guys are pretty big in Holland. Can we meet up in Brussels?”

I went: “That’d be soo cool”

After which I immediately crawled back into my shell.

You know how I roll.

So Me designed a whole collection for Nike and it’s banging and funny at the same time.

It’s not your average Bertrand.

And it is not pictured-above.

I interviewed Nike designer Jarrett Reynolds (above picture). More on that soon.

Highlight of that chat :

Jarrett : Dizzee Rascal is one of my idols. His first album inspired my cat’s name.

Me : You named your cat Boy In Da Corner?

Jarrett : No. Its name is Dizzee Rascal Reynolds.

The Nike UK rep was pretty much in shambles after that one.

I know she’s really hot and all, but I just like her because she’s smart as a whip, supertalented and she cracks me up. All the time.

And you know why I love LGF? Because when we were shooting Lil Lemmy for dSM, he looked at her and suddenly yelled :

“Dude! You got the best nose!”

Upon which she belted in a ‘FINALLY someone notices’ kind of way:

“I know, right ???!”

Stuff like that makes me really happy.

I told you about Walter Van Beirendonck designing shoes months ago.

Here’s the S/S 10 collection. Don’t know how much the Men’s collection will set you back, but the kiddie one’s are +/- 45 euro per pair.

LGF in the new Café Costume Soulwax suit jacket.

We’ve seen the two different  suits (one’s a nice kind of crispy winter morning kind of blue, the other one’s in a beautiful black).

Just when you thought you had me all figured out: turns out that I like Greg. Not like, love. And I love the girl that’s in the pic with him as well.

First time me & her talked, was when I hitched a ride from her to my first ever office party. First thing she told me -at 90mph- was that she totalled her car a couple of days before and that she could have died. After that she pressed play and we both sang along to ‘Going To Town’.
