Celebrated Dutch artist Piet Parra and Nike have nurtured a fruitful relationship for a long time, releasing much-loved collabs for almost 15 years. Next on their most covetable docket is the Nike SB x Parra 2019 capsule collection – consisting of an SB Blazer Low, an SB Dunk Low, trousers, polo, socks and caps. In Belgium, you’ll be able to get this highly limited release on Friday July 26 at our friends Lockwood in Antwerp.

As seen on the feed of longtime Parra friend and collaborator Faberyayo, the white leather SB’s and the clothing come in signature Parra shades of blue, pink, red and white with chenille Swoosh finishings. "I knew I wanted to make a shoe that I would skate in, but also appeal to the people that are more into my use of colour and drawings," Parra shared. "That’s how I got to the colourful, layered Swoosh and the crazy pattern on the inside of the shoe."

Parra traditionally also produces even-more-special colourways for friends & family, the so-called F&F releases, which in this case looks like a ‘midnight turquoise’ pair that most likely will set you back a couple thou once they hit the reseller market. Run, don’t walk for any part of this collab! 

The Nike SB x Parra 2019 worldwide drop is slated for July 26 at select skate shops worldwide and on July 27 via the SNEAKRS app. Shoes start from $85.
