100 gecs are maximalists. Why add one cute feature on a remix when you can add three? Charli XCX, Rico Nasty and Kero Kero Bonito add their brand of fructose-focused bounce to the wonky pop of “Ringtone”. The video might be a lyric video, but there’s enough acid colouring additives here to eat through your screen and the fonts are so blown out and splattered you can barely read along. It’s the sonic and visual equivalent of sugar puffs soaked in Mountain Dew. Dig in.
