While most artists have album drops, the new Ethel Cain album “Perverts” seemed to appear suddenly behind us in the mirror. And while we tried to recover from the initial shivers triggered by this Zeitghost (c), the video for ‘Vacillator’ came scuttling across the ceiling, following us into our thoughts.
