Dave Lombardo claims 'Dead Cross' is "the heaviest album I've ever recorded", which is saying something, seeing as Mr. Lombardo is also head pigskin basher in a little metal band called 'Slayer'. With Mike Patton (Faith No More, Mr. Bungle, etc.) on vocals, this one-off hardcore record is a fantastically aggressive ride, full of bucking riffs and horror house screams.
