You know what's fun on a too tightly scheduled day after a short night of lots of work and little sleep?

That's exactly what happened yesterday.
I met Minju in 2013 at the presentation of the too on-point collection she designed for H&M as the winner of their Design Award. At KNOTORYUS, we had been big fans of her -up till then- student work and after our talk it became very clear that this talented artist had something much deeper going on. She was looking at her life as something that should be lived carefully and honestly, not merely planned out. Which, if you think about it, is the best long-term view you can have.
Assessing likes and dislikes while blocking outside noise is something that I am consciously and continuously trying to do myself, but hearing the importance of doing so from someone who had freshly graduated from the prestigious Antwerp Fashion Academy to applause from the entire Antwerp 6 (who were that year's Masters Jury) and raving reviews worldwide was super refreshing.
