Instead of bitching about working late every single day this week, I thought I'd share some of the mixes and mixtapes I've got on my headphones.
Wakey wakey. New Lightning Bolt! Their new album, "Earthly Delights", 5 years in the making, will finally be released in October.
The first single off of this mythical beast is called "Colossus" and, shockingly, it's a real song with a riff and almost audible lyrics and stuff.
If I had a time machine next to the water cooler, I'd nip out to a quiet beach in Ibiza circa 1978 with D and take this mix with me as a present to the natives. I'm sure they would appreciate it.
A bit harder and dubsteppy than you're used to from the Major, but definitely worth the D/L.
NEET just launched their official homepage with an exclusive M.I.A. remix of Rye Rye's track "Rock Off/Shake Off". There's even a free MP3 of the track. Now isn't that nice?
