When Japanese sludge masters DMBQ dropped their album “Keeenly” towards the end of 2018, our solar system probably shifted a tiny bit. The DMBQ sound is heavy, is what we’re saying. Black-hole-level-heavy. The video for “No Things” is basically tour footage with a VHS filter, as simple and effective as DMBQ’s riffs.
