Eartheater bears her fangs and sings the praises of restraint. Director Daniel Sannwald hones in on Eartheater tropes (empowered nudity, bendy choreo, unapologetic vulnerability and pure beauty) by displaying the songstress as an alluring siren in a pool of acid-coloured venom. When she moves through the greenish liquid, her ponytail snakes behind her. She chooses not to strike. For now, at least.
The song is gorgeously seductive, a call that will hopefully lure the world towards the release of her newest album “Powder” in September.
