So much great new music pouring out the UK right now. YT, Mustafa, Klein and repping for rainy Lewisham: Jim Legxacy. (You might recall me gushing about them earlier.) ‘Stick’ is once again an irresistibly smooth blend of serious posturing, heartfelt emo and bouncy (ok, sticky) rhythms, packaged in BlackBerry graphics and gritty references to Nitrous-based escapism. A great follow-up to banger ‘Father’ and a promising ramp-up to the new album on XL Records.
