The 2025 Little Simz album is going to be called ‘Lotus’, as a reference to blooming in muddy waters. The first single ‘Flood’ lays out some horticultural/spiritual ground rules for thriving, with a little help from Obongjayar and Moonchild Sanelly. The video is a stark black & white affair with Little Simz visually rhyming ‘matador’ with ‘minotaur’, the mythological bully.
