KNOTORYUS got invited to what is likely going to be the party of the year... worldwide.
Diesel's owner Renzo Rosso's got a lot to celebrate. He owns stakes -and therefore breathes life into - Vivienne Westwood, Maison Martin Margiela and Viktor & Rolf, three of our favourite design houses.
Now, I got my first pair of DIESEL denims when I was twelve years old. But on the other hand I have to admit that I bought my last pair before the millennium, preferring Evisu, Acne, H&M & even K Karl Lagerfeld.
Buttttt : have we got news for you.
(DIESEL spring 2009 - I love thevest+greyslackscombo, the sandals should be burnt. Finding a well fitting & sexy looking pair of slacks is about as tough as finding that perfect pair of bluejeans)
For its 30th anniversary DIESEL is releasing premium cut designed denim that are valued at $ 600 dollars and they're selling 'em for a mere $ 30 bucks!
Stores in Beijing, Dubai, Tel Aviv, Athens, Amsterdam, Milan, Zurich, Munich, Paris, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Barcelona, Oslo, Helsinki, London and Sao Paulo.
(Diesel Spring 2009 - This pair is one of the best men's cut I've seen in quite some time. But enough already with the holes and the bleach-stains)
And DIESEL's Belgian reps have informed us that :
" On Saturday, October 11 2008, at 6pm in Tokyo, Diesel will unleash the biggest party in its history. The massive celebration will sweep across the globe, firing up in each successive time zone in an international race from Japan to New York City. On the way it will stop in Beijing, Dubai, Tel Aviv, Athens, Amsterdam, Milan, Zurich, Munich, Paris, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Barcelona, Oslo, Helsinki, London and Sao Paulo."
Belgian folk can win exclusive tickets to this party by being the first in line at their local DIESEL store on October 11.
I expect the same goes for all countries.
The thing to do is to check out info at your local stores.
And of course here
And keep checking KNOTORYUS for more info.
Remember : DIESEL were the first to pay for NIYI and Busy P's trip to Belgium. We owe 'em.
