UK based designer Gemma Holt makes jewellery based on pencils & bic pens. Currently, these babies are not yet available in shops, as Emma is a fresh-faced post-graduate from the RCA (Royal College of Arts). But you can ask her for a copy very nicely by contacting her on her site.
