Honestly The Mood™ has never been this strong. This. Girl. Gets. It.
The following little box of gems is yours to open and rummage through if a random meme on your timeline about problematic relationship patterns got too close for comfort and you need some soul relief, for instance. Or if you have even just as much as glanced at the news lately. Things to be here for, they do still exist!
MYKKI BLANCO “HIDEAWAY”
New Mykki is approaching, I can feel my skin clear up, I suddenly have 20/20 vision, there’s a glow upon me not yet before seen. Hyperbole aside, a Mykki Blanco video is something to take time out for and we’re lucky Mykki took a breath in between dangling from stage ceilings (don’t do it!) to create a new visual for the track “Hideaway” which drops on April 10, directed by Daisy Zhou.

BJÖRK “NOTGET”
The new (virtual reality compatible) video by Björk for the track “Notget” off of her album “Vulnicura” is pretty astounding. It was directed by Warren Du Preez and Nick Thornton Jones, and the creative direction and tentacled masks were done by trusted collaborator James Merry (who also makes those embroidered vintage sweatshirts that are always sold out). Sit back and let her avatar lead you into unfamilar territory. There’s just no one in Björk’s league, never has been.
IKEA ART EVENT
The Ikea Art Event poster series, featuring a design by the Belgian collective Hell’O Monsters, is launching globally tomorrow! For only €9,99 you’ll be able to wallpaper your house with great prints by artists like Kevin Lyons, Jean Jullien, Steven Harrington, Amandine Urruty and of course Hell’O Monsters. From the Colette Water Bar to your living room, don’t miss out because they will only be available for a few weeks. Get them on the Ikea web store or at selected Ikea locations.
ALBER ELBAZ X FREDERIC MALLE
Nothing better than an Alber update! Frederic Malle was able to tap Alber Elbaz for a new collaborative scent and apparently it captures the smell of a dress with amber and vetiver. It’s called ‘Superstitious’ and as someone who never walks on certain parts of the morning commute sidewalks, this will be just the one for yours truly.
NEW MILLIONAIRE
After more than 10 years since their last album (produced by Josh Homme, no less), Belgian artist and absolute ‘ledge’ Tim Vanhamel has decided to start afresh with his band Millionaire and the nation is trembling. The band dropped the video for their first new single called “I’m Not Who You Think You Are” this week and it’s a trip and a half. The new Millionaire record called “Sciencing”, recorded in Costa Rica last year, will drop on May 19. Gird your loins!
PIGALLE X MISSONI
Stéphane Ashpool of Pigalle Paris has announced the dates for the Pigalle x Missoni collab that was announced earlier this week! The collection is dropping on April 18 at Colette and April 22 at Dover Street Market Ginza plus all Pigalle boutiques. Looking at the minimal teaser, this “Collectable Collaboration” could be grand.
BEYONCÉ ANNIVERSARY PLAYLIST
I can’t believe my parents have been married for 9 years now! We listened to the Bey and Jay “IV EVER EVER” wedding anniversary playlist in full at the KNOTORYUS offices and aside from the odd “we love you but we don’t know Chris Martin like you do, B” shuffle, it was perfect. Take out 5 hours from your day and try to come up with an algorithm to determine if there are any hidden Easter eggs with info on the twins in this list. You can stream it on Tidal here.
APRIL 7
Will we really get new Kendrick tomorrow? Will the industry be blazed to a crisp? Is this like when we knew A Seat At The Table or Lemonade were coming but we didn’t yet know how altered our lives post-fact would be? Time and Kendrick will tell. Until then, let’s just watch ‘Humble’ on a loop.
